ACCOMMODATION
We have an exclusive block of King or Twin rooms (2 x single beds) held at Thredbo Alpine Hotel for attendees. You can book these rooms through the registration process, or if you wish to book an apartment, please contact Sarah at Conference Innovators directly.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
- All pricing is in AUD, inclusive of GST and is per room per night for up to two people
- Check-in is from 4pm, if you wish to guarantee your room for an earlier check-in time, it is recommend that you book you room for the evening prior to your arrival

- Credit card information is required when making a reservation; however, your card will not be charged at this stage. The hotel will receive secure access to your payment details 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, at which point the full payment for your accommodation will be processed
GETTING THERE
BY CAR
Sydney: 5 - 6.5 hours, 500km, approximately
Melbourne: 5.5 - 7 hours, 600km, approximately
Canberra: 2.5 hours, 200km, approximately
As the hotel is located in a national park, all vehicles are required to purchase a vehicle pass to enter Kosciuszko National Park. Day and multiday park entry passes can be purchased at the NPWS vehicle entry stations and the Thredbo Visitor Centre. Find more information here ↗

Canberra Airport is located 2.5 hours away from Thredbo, rent a car or reserve a private transfer for the rest of the journey.
